Rock Milling Machines / Hydraulic Breakers

The hydraulic rock milling machine used in public works allows the creation of customer royalty
because of its technical characteristics. The membrane (in Nitrile rubber shore durometer
hardness of 50) is in the interior of the accumulator. During function the membrane is not in
contact with the lower part of the accumulator, this fact avoids the membrane wear thanks to a
micro-valve which produces a film of oil between the membrane and the lower part of the steel
accumulator.

In all the drills and rams of our competitors there is a wear, but Sadecor’s rock milling machines
have a 10-year warranty membrane.

Moreover our mills and rams need a lower quantity of hydraulic power compared with other rival
companies’ drills. These features reduce carburant consumption to between 10% and 15% per
working hour.
